Some of you may agreed that Pay Pal is somehow a better way in transferring your money when you do shopping online. However, it does not looks good when it comes to dispute.
YES. I had once used Pay Pal on behalf of my brother to buy a G-Shock watch through internet as advertised in www.iOffer.com
Everything was ok until we received the item which is a totally different fake item. The seller is a fraudster. For your information, this Pay Pal has a Resolution Centre where you can report any fraud case i.e just like had happened to my brother.
When I first reported the dispute, Pay Pal had requested some documentations and extra information in order for them to do the investigation.
This is what we get. Does it looks like a G-Shock to you???
The conclusion....we paid USD200 for NOTHING
Pay Pal had showed us that they are more favor to the Seller than their customers...us the Buyer
Do you still want to "Buy With Confidence" and use Pay Pal....
Well, definitely not for ME though...not anymore
