Seafood Galore at Subang Ku Restaurant

Had dinner with my family at Subang Ku Restaurant.

This restaurant is located on the opposite side of SAAS Subang Airport. It offers spacious parking space too. However, there are no tomyam-cooking-style foods offered here. Sometimes, we just need to taste something that are out the box (just like you think out of the box..heheheee). Something different...a little bit different does not do you any harm though...anyhow it is still local foods...not totally bizarre :)

The main dish for that night is the Salted Crab. Crabs were fried till crispy and covered all over with salted eggs. A new taste that i recommended you should try instead of that normal spicy-fried-crab. Very nice indeed. Then we had this Kerapu sweet sour which is not really to my liking. The fish is crispy ok but the sweet sour sauce is too little. They poured the sweet sour sauce beneath the crispy Kerapu instead all over it. The fried Calamari however did give us the satisfaction as we ordered another plate of the same dish later to fulfill our taste buds. Then the Butter Prawns came to complete the enjoyment. So bliss and yummilicious. Cannot get much of that Ginger Lala though. Kids had it all in a blink hahahaaa. You will be given that tit bits before all the main dishes and it is NOT FREE ya. Each plate was charged at 50 cents. The Water Melon juice was nice too but do not order mango juice. That's why later we ordered another jug of orange juice (which the picture is not available...lupa nak snap hehehee). The service...mmmmm average only. Maybe they were quite busy that time with customers.

Overall, the other foods are OK except the price is quite pricey for Kerapu as they charged RM88 for only one Kerapu dish. So DO NOT order fish at this restaurant. Try something else, something new, something out of the box :P
