Some Hampers for the local Orang Asli from
MAYBANK
More than 15,000 Maybank Group employees globally will join together for the 2nd time in a global CSR initiative through the Group employee volunteerism programme under the Cahaya Kasih on Saturday October 01, 2011. This programme which is part of Maybank's 50th anniversary celebration themed ‘Close to You', creates a milestone for a Malaysian financial institution as the first to organise such an event in Malaysia across its global network.
This time around, our department ATM SST Operations, ETS will be joining other few departments about 400 of us will be visiting Perkampungan Orang Asli located at Kg Sungai Lalang, Ulu Semenyih.
There will be a gotong-royong in refurbishing and repainting their Surau, Balai Raya as well as Kindergarten. Whilst the Orang Asli will enjoying themselves with Games and Free meals from Maybank :)
