Puss In Boots

Brought the kids to watch this movie at TGV Bukit Raja Klang on Sunday morning during this school holiday. The initial plan, it was supposed to be only us (Me, Faris and Farisha) whose going to watch this movie since hubby is working on evening shift that day. So, on Saturday night after came back from my Mom's, i switched on my lappy and start goggle on TGV's website to check this Puss In Boots show time. Then, start to choose the show, seat...bla..bla..bla and payment was successfully done. So i sms-ed hubby about our show time for the movie and he suddenly said that he is joining us as well. Luckily there was still one seat available in our row and its done. Since we are going to watch an early bird movie session, i had reminded the kids to go to sleep early as they need to wake up early the next day.

We reached TGV Bukit Raja Klang at around 11am morning and bought some breads for breakfast (no heavy meals since the kids will surely want their popcorn during the show). So many people and there was long que at the ticket counters. Nama pon cuti sekolah kan and most of them are parents who bring their kids for a movie treat. Happening... :P

The Movie Trailer 2011

The Synopsis:

Having grown up in an orphanage, Puss in Boots was forced to flee from his happy home and his foster mother when his friend Humpty Dumpty, an egg with amorphous morals, embroiled him in a robbery case. Never able to forget the disgrace, he was desperate to clear his name before the townsmen who had honoured him with his trademark boots and feathered hat. While trying to steal magic beans from the infamous criminals Jack and Jill, the hero crosses paths with his female match, Kitty Softpaws, who leads Puss to his old friend, but now enemy, Humpty Dumpty. Memories of friendship and betrayal enlarges Puss' doubt, but he eventually agrees to help the egg get the magic beans. Together, the three plan to steal the beans, get to the Giant's castle, nab the golden goose, and clear Puss' name.

Overall, i give this movie 8/10 rating. Starring Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek as their main characters, Puss in Boots is suitable for all ages especially children. Parents will find it interesting to watch as they accompany their kids. Lots of fun elements and it has moral values too.

Done with Puss in Boots, we headed to Kenny Roger's Roaster for lunch. Can't do much window shopping because we need to rush back home since hubby was working on that day.

Macarony and cheese + coleslaw = my favorite :)

Love: Hiemash :)
